Mr. Kapoor is also active in the New York County Lawyers Association (Matrimonial Law Committee), the New York City Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association of New York, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
Mr. Kapoor earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School while serving as a police officer with the NYPD, completing his legal education through its evening division. He externed with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office Trial Division and was a summer associate at Herrick Feinstein LLP and was an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the NYC Law Department’s Torts Division. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Hofstra University and is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. He is admitted to practice in New York State.
