What Clients Say

I cannot say enough remarkable things about Harriet Cohen. Her strategy made the difference between an excellent just result and a disastrous unjust result during a very difficult period in my life. She was there for me to lean on, legally and emotionally, throughout the representation, day, night, and weekends, both as to the particular legal issues and about life. She was a teacher, a confidante, a cheerleader, an inspiration, in addition to being my legal counselor. Her timing was perfect – throughout the representation. I am a changed person from just knowing Harriet. We stay in touch and she is always with me. I am happy to speak to anyone about my excellent counselor, friend, and mentor, Harriet Cohen.

— L. Marvald

Harriet is a true force of nature! I was the victim of parental alienation, which was a nightmare. Thanks to her, my family was protected. Harriet fought for my rights and never lost sight of the bottom line, which was the best interests of my children! I highly recommend Harriet and her firm. They are the best!

— Former Client

Great divorce lawyer. Knows the players, the judges and how the system works. Ms. Cohen is experienced, organized and has a thorough understanding of the complexities of family law. A smart, wise, caring and honest attorney. If I ever remarry, I’d use Ms. Cohen to do my prenup! Extremely supportive and responsive to all my needs. Ms. Cohen made me feel like I was her only client and really listened to me and adapted to my needs.

— Lauren F.

What distinguishes Harriet is her ability to see beyond the immediate dispute and focus on the bigger picture. My matter involved substantial financial issues and required careful strategy at every stage. I never felt like just another case. My concerns were heard, my goals were understood, and my interests were being protected. Harriet’s representation made a difficult process far more manageable.

— Ben D.
